OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN

Children not going to school is an intense problem. This has led to many serious consequences like being poor and going to be poor again. It’s such a vicious cycle: children in difficult circurmstances, they stop going to school, selling newspapers, lottery tickets, polishing shoes; then getting married early, and because they were not well prepared so they don’t know how to take care of their family, they become poor or even poorer. Two grade 8 students from Truong Vinh Ky secondary school studied and suggested some solutions, which they think can minimize this situation. As they said, the school also organized volunteer activities or give scholarship to help children an opportunity go to school.
